以焗爐或氣炸鍋只需30分鐘就有高級餐廳的效果

提前最少12小時把威靈頓牛排放在雪櫃中解凍。除去包裝,保留
焗爐紙,將牛柳置放室溫不少於20分鐘,預熱焗爐至210度,用
蛋黃漿掃勻酥皮表面,將威靈頓牛柳連同焗爐紙放入已預熱的焗爐

加熱:

Rare (3成熟): 17-22 minutes

Medium(5成熟): 25-27 minutes

Well Done(全熟): 28-35 minutes

氣炸既約190-195度度 ! 但最後15分鐘先好搽蛋漿 !

焗製後閒置於窒溫約10-15分鐘.
